How will plantains be transported from Njap and Ngi to Nkambe and other local markets?

The road from Nkambe to Tabenken via Njap has been erased after the September Twin Elections changed people and power in Nkambe.Vehicles now prefer going to Tabenken through Binshua.Yeah,all we hear is that "I'm the only one who can forward your problems to Ngola"Please do something about the Nkambe-Njap now instead of waiting for the next elections after five years.THIS IS ME AND I'M DOING THIS FOR ME.Legitimate Or Legal???
