It's been three days since the transfer window opened. According to a post by James Cannon dated January 3, 2017, Mike Phelan addressed the rumours linking Cameroon's Samuel Eto’o with a move to Hull City this month, claiming he would face an “unbelievable challenge” at the KCOM Stadium.Hull have struggled badly since their promotion back to the Premier League this season, with Phelan overseeing just three wins since taking charge from Steve Bruce in the summer. The likes of Dieumerci Mbokani, Abel Hernandez and Adama Diomande have all failed to make an impression, leaving the Tigers in a precarious position.
